Day 4 - Drive to Serengeti National Park

Drive to Serengeti National Park, and from the gate you will experience an en-route game drive to the North part of Serengeti.

From July, August to September, the Mara River in northern Serengeti affords the most dramatic river crossings. Fierce and deep, cliff-sided and rain-swollen, the river takes an enormous toll of the exhausted and terrified wild cattle that surge through its torrential

flow, some drowning helplessly, , falling victim to crocodiles, staggering, exhausted to dry land and often, in confusion, returning to the same scene of their ordeal allowing the cycle to repeat itself.

Overnight will be in the Northern Part of Serengeti for the preparation of the next day at the campsite.

Day 5 - Full day at Serengeti National Park

We spend the day focusing on the river and explore the predicted animal migration in the Northern part of Serengeti and Mara River. If lucky, we will see thousands of wildebeest and zebras crossing the river with the goal of reaching safely and alive to the other side, avoiding the river crocodiles.

Drive back to the accommodation. Overnight at the campsite

Day 6 - Full day at Serengeti National Park

En-route game drive to Central Part of Serengeti. Spend your dinner and overnight at the campsite.

The Seronera has all the best features of the Serengeti with open plains, occasional kopjes and lines of hills to add interest. The resident game here is phenomenal, with high densities of relaxed leopards, cheetah and lions who live off the resident herbivores, as well as the migrating game depending on the rainfall.

Day 7 - Drive to Ngorongoro

We spend our day exploring the Seronera area and later drive to Ngorongoro Conservation.

Area for dinner and overnight stay at the campsite.

Day 8 - Explore the Ngorongoro crater

Descend down to the crater what commonly known as “the 8th wonder of the world”. Drive to Moshi for dinner and overnight at the campsite.

Day 9 - Departure home

After breakfast transfer to JRO airport. Departure home with some fond wildlife memories :)
